Throughout his 35-year career on Wall Street, Jeff has built a deep and diverse leadership background across some of the world’s leading financial services organizations, including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Citi, Merrill Lynch, and DTCC. He has held leadership roles across multiple divisions and markets, gaining firsthand experience navigating the complexities of leadership, relationship building, team dynamics, and organizational performance.

Jeff’s extensive corporate experience is complemented by his International Coaching Federation (ICF)-accredited coach training and experience, as well as his certification as an Executive and Business Coaching Specialist. This combination of real-world leadership experience and professional coaching expertise gives Jeff a unique perspective on the challenges leaders face, and what it takes to grow beyond them.
