Throughout his 35-year career on Wall Street, Jeff has accumulated a wealth of experience, having worked at prestigious global financial services firms such as Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Citi, Merrill Lynch, and DTCC. During this time, he held various leadership roles spanning different divisions and markets, providing him with an extensive understanding of leadership, relationship building, and team dynamics.

Jeff’s corporate background is complemented by his International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited training and coaching experience. He is also certified as an Executive and Business Coaching Specialist. This unique combination equips him with the knowledge and skills necessary to assist both emerging and seasoned leaders in cultivating self-awareness, adopting new mindsets, and implementing effective strategies.
